Beads, beads and more beads!

By the end of this week, I'd realised I wanted to create a relatively small Perler Bead portrait of Andy Warhol's print series of Marilyn Monroe. In order to start creating my work, I had to sort about 100,000 Perler beads into their colours; which took up most of the week. Luckily I had Netflix to my side to keep my mind from exploding at how laborious the process was. I used the website; http://hikingdave.com/perlerDesign.htm to create a Perler Bead grid of the original Monroe piece. In addition to this, we had our first meeting regarding the module guide, and some information about artists we should know.
Time to get organising
