SCHOOL TRIP!!!

ITS TRIP TIME! And this time it was LIVERPOOL! To see the Tate. Boy was it an adventure. Waking up early in the morning to get a 4 hour bus ride, going through the Pennines and seeing the first and only snow of 2016! The whole day was a big blur, seeing submissions by upcoming artists to sitting 2ft away from Tracey Emins bed!

Alongside this was one of my favourite Shaun Crits, work by Giulia Suma and Lizzy Hannan was shown. I loved how abstract Lizzy's work was, in comparison to a slightly darker vibe coming from Giulias. I prefer the Gothic style over the abstract, but this could be due to the way Giulia has developed a style since first year.
